Sarah Kelly, LCPC

I enjoy working with individuals and couples and utilize a person-centered, strengths-based approach in my work. I believe in empowering my clients to access and identify their own unique strengths, to foster resiliency, and begin to move toward the goals they have for themselves in counseling– whether that be increased happiness, improved mood, reduced anxiety, or an increased sense of contentment in their lives. I am passionate about this work and in helping facilitate positive change in my clients’ lives.
