I am a client-centered clinician in private practice in Maine with a passion for working with LGBTQIA+, gender diverse, and neurodiverse adolescents, adults, and families, with a focus on navigating systemic barriers, processing related emotions and interpersonal trauma, and affirming and celebrating strengths. I’ve received foundational training and clinical supervision in Emotion-Focused Therapy at Gestalt Experiential Therapy of Maine, and I am currently in training to obtain my ASDCS (Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist) and ADHD-CCSP (ADHD Clinical Services Provider) certifications.
My goal is to help clients connect to their internal experience, make sense of their personal narrative, and develop new positive emotional experiences.
