I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address most issues, but I do specialize in working with trauma, domestic violence, anger management, and anxiety. My goal is to help you reach your potential, usually this means to identify what is not working for you and to work together to eliminate it. I have flexible hours to meet each individual’s needs, which include evenings and weekends when necessary.
