I am a licensed LADC, CCS and LCPC, treating individuals in a private practice setting.
I am a Maine Native who loves to foster and promote growth with the individuals that I serve. I have a professional background of over 15 years working with youth, young adults and adults who are learning to manage their substance use disorders. I also have a love for supporting individuals at learning how to treat and manage their mental health diagnosis. My first degree in elementary education allows me to love working with children, while I also enjoy the exchange between adults. I believe we are all on a journey and my hope is that you allow me to join. I have additional desire and interest in OCD work with adolescents and adults.
Modalities/Therapeutic Tools Used: Strengths Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and CBT.
