Therapy is a journey of rediscovering the strengths one has within them to create a manageable and individualized life worth living. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I work alongside individuals of all walks of life who experience challenges with depression, loss, relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions, identity, and acceptance. I use a variety of treatment approaches and skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, acceptance commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.
