I specialize in supporting survivors of trauma, abuse, and neglect using a non-judgmental, compassionate approach, while holding a safe space for you to unburden yourself, be heard, and feel better. My technique uses a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and holistic approach, incorporating a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques designed to help you improve your quality of life.
I warmly welcome adults of all ages to my practice with particular acceptance and sensitivity to clients in the LGBTQ+ community, those on the Autism Spectrum, new-Mainers, seniors, non-traditional adults, as well as anyone else who feels they may not fit into normative cultural expectations. I offer both Telehealth and in-person sessions, and accept most major insurances or offer a self-pay sliding scale.
Modalities/Therapeutic Tools Used: Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
