Carmine Abigail, LCPC
Creative Works Counseling is online-based therapy service that works closely with you to nurture and protect your mind and body while navigating systems of oppression that harm us all. Carmine Abigail (they/them) started Creative Works Counseling to collaborate with you to help process trauma, connect with your physical and emotional body, and find meaning and new storylines about yourself.
Carmine uses Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in their practice and holds a certificate in Expressive Arts Therapies.
Carmine is proud to serve their fellow LGBTQI+ community and collaborates with teens and adults individually, or with your partner(s).
Carmine is a white, Ashkenazi Jewish non-binary person in recovery from addiction and religious trauma. Together with their communities of other folks in recovery, they are unlearning systems of oppression in their own body and how to use their creativity as an act of rebellion every day.
