I welcome all individuals for weekly/bi-weekly/or monthly sessions to discuss the challenges of their life; whether it be through relationship conflicts, family discord, employment and/or financial struggles, or mental health challenges that affect your day to day life while also celebrating your successes and milestones along the way. I balance validation, empowerment, and processing with coping skill development and solution based approaches while utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities, including psycho-education, supportive solution based psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and relationally based therapy. We will work on empowering you to get through difficult life events and to live your best life! I have extensive experience and interest working in multidisciplinary teams and complicated systems, specifically in the area of domestic violence. I look forward to meeting and working with you! I am also providing Telehealth Services.
Area of expertise: family stress and conflict, co-parenting challenges, couples work, trauma, domestic violence victims/survivors/offenders, sexual assault survivors, substance abuse, and chronic mental illness.
Modalities/Therapeutic Tools Used: Psychodynamic Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, ACT, Relational Therapy, Psychoeducation, DBT, and CBT. Currently training in Gottman based couples work.
