Referral Process
Easily refer a patient, client, or loved one for behavioral health services
If you are a provider seeking a referral for your patient or client, our referral process is simple and streamlined. We offer two convenient ways to make a referral:
- Complete our online Confidential Service Request
- Call our Referrals Department at 207-333-3278 or 877-888-4304
Our Referrals Department is responsible for connecting providers to those in need of mental health and substance use services. They manage referrals to all services which include outpatient counseling for mental health and substance use, a telehealth Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for substance use, case management services, veteran services, Behavioral Health Home (BHH) services, and psychiatric services.
Request A Provider
If you would like to request a specific provider, please be sure to include their name or practice name under “Additional Comments” when submitting your referral. You may browse a list of current affiliated providers using our Find a Provider tool. Please keep in mind that not all providers will be listed as this is an optional service offered to affiliates. If you are not seeing the provider you are looking for, contact our Referrals Department.
