We all encounter times in our lives where we need extra support.  It can be helpful to have someone to listen and support you through those times.  I use an approach to identify your viewpoint and lens in life to collaborative relationship that is individualized and support your strengths.  Furthermore, some of the core methods that I utilize will identify your thoughts, views and perceptions of yourself and others to identify times where it may not be helpful while being realistic and down to earth.

Modalities/Therapeutic Tools Used: Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Other: Primary intervention is CBT coupled with other interventions outlined above. 

Disorders Treated: Agoraphobia, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety, Other Phobias, Panic Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorder, Major Depression, and Developmental Disabilities.

Other: Specializing in brain injury, trauma, and complex medical ailments coupled with mental health concerns.
