Clients with an interest in mindfulness-based and values-driven therapeutic work will feel supported by my integrative, humanistic counseling style. I offer mental health counseling that treats the whole person. I work with individuals from many different backgrounds and draw from diverse evidenced-based treatment modalities in therapy as I partner with clients to create goals for transformation and increased well-being.
