I believe that truly understanding a person’s journey and story begins with a compassionate heart. Each person is beautifully unique, harbors certain strengths, and is on a developmental journey no matter what their age. I work collaboratively and creatively to identify these strengths, explore developmental perspective, and find a meaningful approach, through our collaboration, that clients can relate to.

I utilize nature and metaphor, narrative, cognitive, Gestalt, art, and systems theories. I have additional training in Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing and Substance Use issues.

Whether you approach counseling for self-exploration, to ease suffering, improve family relationships, develop new skills, explore your substance use, ease anxiety, ease depression, or to examine certain behaviors and ways of being, I will provide a safe Glenn to heal, grow, explore, and to re-author your new story.
