My goal as a therapist is to create a comfortable therapeutic environment, build a trusting relationship with my clients, and meet clients where they are at in order to best collaborate on creating meaningful and achievable goals for them. I tend to highlight and utilize client strengths in order to help clients make change and strive to help clients understand that they have what it takes to reach their goals and live their best lives.
