So often we carry around baggage from our past, unresolved conflicts that can lead to negative thoughts, feelings or behaviors that get us further from our goals. We may not know why we feel intense emotions or struggle to feel content. Being alone with your thoughts can be lonely and overwhelming. When we start to challenge our limiting beliefs and analyze intense emotions while strengthening our feelings of self worth a better version of ourselves can shine through.
 
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including dialectical behavioral and narrative therapy techniques to support others in writing the next chapter. It is my belief that the most important part of the process is the therapeutic relationship. We all possess the ability to grow from challenges with the right tools and support!
