In my work as an LCSW, I join with clients to identify their personal goals and utilize an eclectic set of evidence based practices in treatment. I am trained in EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health and pay attention to the mind/body connection, and the impact of this on mental health.
I strive to be culturally competent in my practice. I work with ages 10+, and also offer telehealth.
